Sure, why not? Another thing to try.......make a rice sock. Take a tube sock and fill it with rice(white or brown, instant or not)about 3cups.Tie off the sock, and put in microwave, nuke for 2-3 minutes. The sock will be VERY HOT!!!!! Get a washcloth and put on your elbow, take the tube sock and wrap around your elbow, making sure not to burn your skin. Leave on for 5 or 10 minutes, the deep moist heat will make you feel much better.

Yes it will help but wouldn't you like to get rid of the problem? If the problem is muscles, pain or referred pain there are two main things that will help. The first (but it takes a little longer) is reading a book to be informed called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. The second is see a massage therapist. (Just in case the problem is coming from the bones being misaligned a chiropractor is a good option, I prefer the ones who use an activator instead of manual manipulation).

Yes, of course you can,I don't remember the "name brand" but Shaq O'neal does a commercial for the wraps for the knees, and you can use them on the elbow . Take care. SW RNP
