I often find myself convincing myself of things that i know are not true. I am sure everyone has done this at one time or another, but it is starting to really stress me out (it would probably help if i explained the problem). I am afraid of my girlfriend being pregnant when i have never *finished* (for lack of a better word) inside of her.

Just because recently with her menstrual cycle she has been getting her periods further back in the month. Being a guy and not an expert on the menstrual cycle this has been weighing heavy on my mind because she has been complaining of cramps (and she is not on her period (yet)), but i have also read that this can be caused by if your menstrual cycle has been acting out of whack.

Anyone care to shed some light on this for me or give me some helpful hints for not having something that is impossible bother me as this is

always practise safe sex, this way neither one of you would worry. when I was younger I became pregnant and the guy also didn't "finish", but it only takes 1 of the little swimmers to start a life, and if your Gf's menstrual cycle is outta whack, then it makes it harder to know when she's going to ovulate. If she becomes pregnant you will have to face the poss ability of becoming a dad, if she's not pregnant then count your blessings and start using a condom or be abstinent

I am the same way as you are. Do you worry about a lot of things like that? I think I need medicine for anxiety, and perhaps you do, too. That may be the only thing that stops the pattern of useless worrying. It is somewhat of a habit that it is hard to get out of.

This is not a philosophical question. You would get better answers by going to another category like Marriage & Divorce or womens health etc.
