Give heat treatment on your stomach, especially umbillicus, with the help of hot brick or sand pouch or even salt pouch.
Aglass of warm water + 2gms ginger +1/2 fresh lemon juice can help you to come out of this problem.
Massage on stomach by an expert or acupuncture can solve your problem.

Yes heat can make it feel better because it relaxes the muscles. Adding potassium and magnesium in the form of molasses (a swig or two) or bananas (1 or 2) is useful and healthy (not too much or you get the runs). For more on muscles, pain and referred pain read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

have you ever had one of those rice filled neck raps? well if you have one I find that when I get cramps or tight stomach aches it helps to heat it up and just let it sit up against your waste! hope this tip helps you. feel better soon!
