i want to alter a very delicious cake-like brownie into a more chewy-consitency brownie. what do i add, or add more of. what do i eliminate? what makes brownies chewy? baking powder?, soda? what?

i find the best brownies are made with choc chips or dark chocolate,or baking chocolate
i put very little self raising flower , and pecans
one must be careful when adjusting a recipe,i would rather find a good brownie recipe then making alteration on a non brownie recipe

Try using less eggs and decrease flour.
