Depending on your spiritual beliefs you can do a couple of things.
1.talk to the spirit and just ask it to leave (nicely)
2.have a holy person to you rabbi, priest, shaman etc come and cleans your home
3.burn sage incense in each room, put sea salt over the doors and on the widow seals.

Tell this ghost to leave and never come back in the name of Jesus.

exorcism would be necessary if a person has been possesed by an entity , a haunted house would have a clean up.... it is a slightly different thing. call an expert. dont get in touch with the entity by any mean, if it tries to get in touch dont address them just ignore and pray if you are religious , any prayer does. . you can protect yourself by wearng a red string but someeone has to tie it for you using the ana bekoach prayer with each knot 7 in total. and prayer in general will protect yyou,, try psalm 23 the lord is my shepperd or psalm 91 the lord is my rock
and go toyour nearest church or expert..... good luck

No such thing as ghosts. Bible makes it clear that the dead can't come back to earth.
If there is something supernatural there it is a demon. Any person who believes that Jesus is the Son of God and is seriously following his teachings has power over them.
I'd say get your life right first then worry about your house after that.

It’s a devil, not a ghost. If you are born again, you have the power in Jesus’ name to force it out. You just tell it to leave in the name of Jesus. This is easier than casting one out of a person because they have nothing to hold on to in the house. If it doesn’t go the first time, tell it to again. It cannot resist that name.
If you are not born again, get somebody who is, because you don’t have the authority.

what sort of things lead you to believe you have a ghost, have you encountered it, you can ask it straight out, what can I do for you? How can I help, sometimes the spirit does not recognize it is dead and so wanders, but if you tell them to go to the light the family is waiting for them there they will generally respond, they are confused and just don't know what to do.

You cant technically exorcise a house, but you can have a holy figure (priest, pastor, etc) come and bless the house and ask whatever to leave.
I had this done to a house I lived in about 8 years ago. I was having all kinds of problems but after this was done, whatever it was left and I had no more issues.

If you aren't religious you can do a secular ceremony with sage. Burn white sage and fan it around your house, concentrating on making any negative energy go away. You can do a prayer, or chant out loud, whatever helps you direct your energy better. Good luck!

seriously, you don't need one. There's no ghost - maybe some old, creaky boards or plumbing. No ghosts.
