I just had a bloody nose and a question just rose that why do some bloodynoses only bleed from one nostril caused by dry air??

sometimes it only affects one nostril. the slightest difference in position or motion can cause one to bleed and the other not to. or, if a blood vessel is ruptured, it could be only in one nostril, not both. I've never had a nosebleed come from both nostrils.

You might consider picking both nostrils equally, as this will increase the chance of simultaneous dual nostril bleeding. Just a thought

typical nosebleed is ruptured capillary in nostril. One nostril may be drier than the other and that is why you only bleed from one side.
