I have heard from some people that coffe stunts your growth and I love coffee. So before I have to start drinking it every morning because I will most likely get addicted to it, can somebody tell me if that is true. I really need a reliable source. But tell me what you really think or what you know even if it isn't too much of a reliable source becuase I will be grateful that you tried to help at least.

Coffee does not stunt your growth. This is a myth. Coffee is actually medicinal. According to the Natural Medicine Journal, black coffee (no sugar) is a natural bronchial dilator for asthmatics that can be used in emergencies while they are able to get proper treatment. Also, a little used coffee grounds is a great remedy for pink eye (you don't put it in your eye you put it on your eyelids and let the grounds seepage soak through). Both of these remedies actually work.

coffee does not stunt your growth but it does take some calcium away from bones. This can be neutralized by adding 2 tbsp of milk to your coffee
