If you had Gangrene, you would be in terrible pain and probably already in hospital, not here asking about it.
It's probably a bad bruise.

How do you know it's gangrene? Get yourself to the doc.

You need to see a doctor!!!!! That is necrotic (dead) tissue and it can spread and in some cases can be fatal.
