Try getting some more calcium in your diet. That has always been my problem. Also make an appointment to see your doctor. He/she will give you better directions.

My son had leg cramps each day in the middle of the night. Our doctor determined he had grown 4"s in six months. Now my younger son is starting to get them. It helps if someone massages them. As soon as you get over your growth spurt, you will be fine. Take a warm bath and have someone rub the muscles.

Good luck!

I would tell your parents, leg cramps can be a sign of a Blood clot. You might want to get checked out. Now if you have changed your exersice or something like that, been working out...it could be that you just over did it.
I would tell someone though, so you can get checked out.

Cramps in legs should be Charlie Horses. If they happen when at rest it because the muscle is in spasm... at potassium and a pinch of salt to you diet... They also could be growing pains..have you notice yourself getting taller

Probably due to growing pains, but getting plenty of potassium and water will help. The best source of potassium is in bananas. Also stretching before bed will help.
Good luck :)

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Growing Pains! Use a heating pad but if you don't have one of those, try putting a towel in the dryer and wrapping that around. Bengay is also helpful. Also drinking lots of water.

you are lacking a vitiamin. I would guess magnizum. I took a calcium, magnizum, and zinc combo for period cramps. could be a calcium defisinsy. I would probably first trying to add more dairy to your diet.
