What kind of kiss? Children give big sloppy kisses. So do older adults. Dogs are good at it. Cats have rough tounges!
Kisses say many things: thank you; I love you; goodbye; etc... So maybe the real question here, is when you kiss, what are you trying to say? If you are a teenager and cannot support a family or yourself at this time, you may want to think carefully what message your kiss conveys, when kissing the opposite sex. No one forgets their "first kiss"...make it count! Make it memorable! A truely good kiss invites more, but doesn't open the door to receiving "all" the kisses until you are certain you want to share "all" your kisses with them. Don't waste kisses, they cannot be retreived...they are either lost forever or held in the heart of the one you love forever. So, you must decide what you are trying to say:)

For girls 13 or if you're mature early, 12 at the earliest. Trouble is finding a boy around that age who's also ready for that! You may have to step up a few years and get someone older until they catch up with you. When i was 13 my first bf was 16 and that worked out pretty gr8

Depends on the kiss. Many kids 'kiss' for the first time in second grade, or younger, placing the two sets of lips on each other and making the smacking sound. They don't know how to use the tongues yet, and if they try, they get the breathing technique wrong.
