there is no balding in my family on both sides but my father has a receeding hairline at the temples but no balding anywhere else but my hairline is receeding at the temples is there a chance i might just receed at the temples ant thats it

stop wearing hats and massage your head when you shower... they sell shampoos for that too. take a multi vitamin!

An over abundance of male testosterone causes balding/receeding hair lines.
No amount of vitamins, nourishment, massaging or anything else that you may do manually, sorry to have to tell you, will bring back your hair line.
Just accept it as is.
Sometimes the truth is not what you want to learn, but you will need to accept it.

There is a chance... but you'd be doing yourself a favour if you just accept things the way they are. If you are confident about yourself, no one will even notice your hairline.

I wouldn't worry about it. Some men I work with shave their heads. They look very good.
