I have 2 cups of plain silk soy yogurt daily.

Put warm soy milk in a covered 10 oz glass jar, room temperature, in 18-20 hours then store in refrigerator. Then next round, using a tea spoon of yogurt as starter to shorten time or about 4-6 hours to make yogurt.

As soon as it becomes a silk liquid then keeping yogurt in refrigerator if you dont like too much acid taste.
