Guys, have you ever told an ex you didn't love them even though you still did?

yes i think we do this to protect ourselves, and keep our dignity especially if we can see the relationship may be going to hurt us in some way, so we downplay our feelings tell them we don't love them to protect ourselves and our self worth.

thats true we protect our hearts and feelings, very understandable. But I have to remember and u too, do we want to be alone? Im not going to do that anymore. Im going to open up. Sometimes you learn the hard way.
