What do men like in a woman? I am interested in a man who is about the same height as me, good looking, older, 2 kids, and very friendly, nice and smiles a lot. I love these things about him, but what would he like/dislike about me? I am 22, blonde, size 16 (12 USA), quite intelligent (although not as much as him), friendly, smile a lot, work hard and am really ambitious and enjoy similar things to him.
Please can I have some advice about which of these things men like/dislike about women and any other traits that may be a turn on/turn off.

all men are different. I think they like a woman who is humorous, confident, independent but not to a fault, height doesn't matter, age doesn't really as long as you're both adults, men like women who can cook, who are good with kids (in this case) thats a definite plus. make sure you and him are willing to have more kids you will want them later, be sure he is open to that, as that can tear a relationship up. Be yourself!

You sure you want to pursue this guy? Two kids? "Interest" in a man is one thing. You may get attracted to him. Nothing wrong in feeling an attraction.But you should consider the following points, before you get deeper into this.
Is he married?
Was he married?
Is he divorced?
Is he working towards a divorce?
How old are the kids?
Are the kids in his custody?
Were the kids born outside marriage?
Will they accept you?
Will his ex-wife create trouble?
In what way is he more intelligent than you?
Can you sustain a conversation which will interest him?
Are you presently in a relationship already?
Have you just come out of a relationship?
Do you think he fancies you?
Has he made sexual moves with you?
Have you given him sex signals?
Are you desperate to have sex with him?
Are you plain desperate for sex, and he happens to be around?
How far have you advanced?
Have you two already spent time in bed?
Do both of you find yourselves moving in that direction?
Is he dominating your thoughts?
Are you losing control of your emotions?
Answer these questions honestly. Then decide what motivates you to get into this relationship. Make sure your selfishness or your own lust does not, in an uncontrolled "moment of madness" ruin his life or yours.
Personally, I think this will lead to a minor disaster sooner or later, which both of you will regret. On the other hand, maybe you do need a hard knock for your own personal growth and learning.

First thing you forget to the most important thing, this man has two kids right? Do you like the kids and do the kids like and get along with you? If you don't or they don't (just me you need to move on) the kids come first but again it's just me. You sound like you’re a nice person and have a great personality just keep being yourself and letting him know you there. As a man I would love to find someone with all the quality you have to offer but again for me it would come down how will you and the kids get along first and for most. Well the reason my gf & me are together after 15 months is that apart from being the sexiest lady alive, she's smart, she makes me laugh.We can have decent sensible conversations about the news, football , the evironment whatever.I am so comfortable around her.It sounds so lame but she's my other half, she completes me.
Personally, what turns me off is arrogance or being too bossy.A girl who's too full of herself & is obsessed with her looks & can't walk past a mirror!

The only thing you have to be is "Yourself". Don't try to change for anybody;if he is genuine and likes you the way he seems to then he will ask you out or try to take things a step further by actually kissing you,if that's what you want also !
Honesty,integrity,fidelity are important character traits for any couple but you have to be true to yourself and just be yourself at all times,relax and enjoy his company,don't try to put on an act and let time and nature take its course !

T!ts and @$$. That's all guys pay attention to at first. Be your charming self. Don't pretend to be something you're not because guys will detect that or it will eventually be revealed when y'all get serious. Don't be obsessive. Be flirtatious but not in a desperate way.
