Sure. I remember them. It was folk art, and they were made by heating the bottle and then stretching them. Try an antique store. You can find all kinds of folk art there.

We can still find these refundable bottles at a few of the Mexican stores here in the wonderful land of TX.

I think that either those were made just for the carnival, or maybe they were too expensive to make and not everyone were buying them.

they wanted to save money so they now have plsice and because they don,t what kids to cut them selfs if they brack them,
