Eggs don't dissolve, but miscarriage does happy. That shortened period could have been implantation bleeding or a miscarriage. You should take another pregnancy test, and if it comes back negative then you should go to a clinic to get tested.

With a positive test, you were probably pregnant, there was implantation (otherwise there would not have been pos test)

Its very common for something to go wrong in the developmental stages of an embryo growth, in which case the body naturally expells it.

Many women experience early miscarriages before they even missed a period, so they never would have known.

If you had a couple of periods already, you arent pregnant, and you your mind may be causing some of the symptoms you are experiencing..
Also PMS provides those same symptoms.

its possible that this was a chemical pregnancy and you can still have symptoms for a few days afterward, I had one in november and that is exactly how I felt and exactly what happened with the tests.

Sorry, but eggs don't "dissolve" in our bodies. They are flushed out of our bodies with other tissues durring our period. Go to the doctor.

I think you're pregnant. Go to the doctor and have a pregnancy test.
