I always find something to stress out about. School, my professor pissing me off, appointments I have to make, life's problems etc. I really want to be calm. What can I do to alleviate the stress? Please be creative as I have already thought of many ideas.

Take up Yoga, any form of physical exercise is a good help for stress.
