I mistakenly ignored my girl friend at a party and said some things i didn't mean. We then broke up. I tried to apologize but she will not forgive me. She said that she really has a problem of trusting me again, because she is afraid I will hurt her again.

You can't. If she broke up with you over that and didn't forgive you by now, she won't. Even if you get back together, it will be floating in the back of her mind and that moment will pop it's ugly head at the worst possible times. You should NEVER ignore a woman when she wants your attention or affection - let alone insult her.

Its very hard. When girls trust you they TRUST you. But when you betray them its this fear that you will do it again so it takes a LONG time for us to forgive. And when we do we never forget what you did. EVER.....but just stay in the clear. Dont do anything to hurt her anymore. DOnt even look at other girls. Show her you care
