praying due to constant fear and guilty, will that cause long term problem?

No -- it actually prevents mental illness. If you have Jesus as your Savior, you can turn to Him and ask forgiveness when you've hurt someone or done something to harm yourself or others.

He hears us when we pray, and He frees us from the guilt and the fear that can contribute to depression or other mental problems.

No, praying constantly is probably a symptom of some kind of mental illness or nervous disorder. It's a symptom not a cause.
