I am baking lasagna for our church fund raiser and using the 12 x 10 x 2.5 aluminum disposable baking pans. What is the volume this pan can hold? If I use a larger pan, what size is available and how much volume will it hold?

Well, that's 300 cubic inches, which translates to about 7½ quarts.

They Are baking pans. Their intended use is for the oven. Usually there is a picture on the top pan of cookies, cakes, lasagna etc...
