how do you do that? birthmarks are below the skin... or are you talking about moles?

You are going to get infections and permanent scarring. If the birthmarks bother you, have a dermatologist remove them permanently.

If it's REALLY a birthmark, you can't pick it off. It's like a freckle. You're probably picking off something else....
