I really like this girl, and she knows I like her. Sometimes I think she likes me too because she talks to me and smiles. But then again, she's the very flirty type so I really can't tell. I'm going to give her a poem on Valentine's Day, so she knows how I REALLY feel, but if nothing happens after that, how can I move on? I see her everyday, and when I do try to ignore her sometimes, she talks to me again, and the process repeats itself.

Some girls are friendly or bubbly and sometimes, it can come off as flirtatiousness. It's good that you are boldly pursuing a relationship and taking a risk, instead of falling passive, by giving her a poem on Valentine's Day; when you are not sure of her feelings. If she doesn't reciprocate, there's nothing you can really do. It will hurt at first but you will get over her and find someone else. You might want to let her know how you feel so she will distance herself away from you. I find that if you consistently tell someonethat you are preoccupied, when they talk to you; they will stop approaching you.

How is it that you see her everyday? Is it because you work with her? Is it because you have same hang points? Or are you stalking her?
If it is because you work wth her, get the hell away. I know that this sounds strange but the law sides with women. You could be fired, fined, imprisoned, and/or blackballed from future jobs. So in this case try to pretend no crush exists. Plus if none of that happens you still have to deal with her because you work with her.
If it is the same hang out point then go ahead. If she says no it is not really a big deal.
If you are stalking her then it is over with. In other words ask her out and if the words N-O come out her mouth get away. Again you can have charges filed against you.

you should always start by being friends with her,and slowly get closer and closer, and get to know each other even more... you can ask her out as friends occasionally... the more she mingles with you, shows that she wants to take a step further with the relationship... if she doesn't, just continue staying friends... and be happy. this way, everyone wins...

that's a good idea..... so just ask her if she wants to go out with you. there's a huge chance she'll say yes. but give her the poem person to person so she knows that you really like her.

just ask her to give you one chance and if you mess it up and she is mad you dont get another and if she is happy she might give you another
