comes out, and the blood went away today but he still cant go the the bathroom, and he wont eat. what does this mean?

Hi Jennifer...hematuria (blood in urine) is indicative of a lower urinary tract disorder and requires URGENT medical attention as some cats develop partial or full urethral blockage which can become life-threatening within 24-48 hours.

I am a vet and this is a urinary tract problem with possibly crystals and obstruction. This is an emergency and I hope you can get to a vet quick.

omg... you need to take your cat to the vet immediately. sounds like he has urinary track infection or kidney/bladder stones. this is life threatening so there is no time to waste!
