We have biological weapons that make small pox, anthrax, ebola, etc. look like party favors at a home town cook out. So virulant that 99% of the people exposed would die in the first 48 hours. Literally doomsday diseases.

only 1 percentage of people in this world are possess in both academic, social, finance and calling. Smart kids cannot communicate, social dudes cannot strive for a higher grade, rich people say money cannot buy happiness, dreams cannot be fulfilled without talents.
and those 1% percentage of people controls the 99% of unpossesed people.

Lets see I would say the atomic bomb but the scariest weapon to me is biological warfare, as this can spread the world. Silent but deadly and alot of people would be affected before anyone would notice. Of course if you ask my Brother he would say your hands.(he is a marine)
