If it's emulsion paint it will be water based, so use water and soap to get it off. If it is gloss paint use White spirit, but don't get any in your eyes.

You can use any petroleum based spirts, but then you have to discard the rags a certain way.
I just take a long bath or shower to soak it off and then apply lotion to the skin and rub gently. The oils in the lotion help to soften the skin and 'unglue' the paint.
Next time put extra lotion on your exposed skin before you paint and the paint won't stick well and will mostly wash right off with just soap and water.

Rubbing Alcohol is the solvent for latex paint - it has to dissolve it just like paint thinner does on oil base paint. Soap & water will get most of the fresh stuff off - the longer it cures the harder it is.

It isn't what's recommended on the tin, but for undercoat and gloss, I just rub a bit of Polyclens of similar brush cleaner on my hands, and wash it off. Faces are more delicate, but gently using one of those green nylon panscrubs won't do any lasting damage. The real problem will be if you have got any paint in your hair!

You'll need to use soap and scrub really well, a poof or a body sponge works well. You can use lotion or baby oil also but I have found that warm soapy water and scrubbing does the job. I always wear the paint too. lol

If it's latex paint use soap and warm water, if its oil based try a little mineral spirits on a small area to make sure your not allergic or sensitive to it.

leave it for a day then rub off with a nail brush.
Much better than using any chemicals or soaps.
essentially you are waiting for the top layer of skin cells to die and then it rubs off.
.......now waiting patiently for your question about how to apply paint without gettng it everywhere !

If it is oil based paint, use baby oil and finish up with a bit of dish detergent.
