Depending on how long this has been going on, it could be a mild allergic reaction to something in your enviroment. Try getting Hypoallergenic pillows and wash your bedsheets, if you switched shampoos or soaps switch back, or switch to hypoallergenic. If you have pets, get your rugs scrubbed. Close your windows pollen or other allergens could be getting in.
Basically make sure everything is clean and hypoallergenic. Try some over the counter allergy meds like Claritin or Benadryl too.

You are suffering from allergies or hayfever. I would have your Dr. do an allergy panel on you to see what to try next. Once you know what you are allergic to, you can change your lifestyle to alleviate symptoms, although you will probably still have them to some extent. You should consider taking anti-histamines in the early spring before the particular thing you are allergic too becomes heavily prevalent. These types of things only work BEFORE you show the symptoms, so take them early! Many people take them after the symptoms appear, and they don't work, that's because when they were feeling better, they didn't think about it.

Maybe you need something stronger than you prescription or to see an ENT. (ear, nose, throat) Doctor. If you only get it during ceratin seasons then it most likely is seasonal allergies. Best of luck in what ever you do.

Visit an ENT (Ear, Nose, & Throat) Doctor if at all possible.
It sounds like it may be a mixture of sinus and seasonal allergies. I'm not a doctor though so I can't properly advise you hun....

You need to under go allergy treatments rather than masking the symptoms with medications. See an Allergist.

It sounds a bit like an allergic reaction. Ask your doctor to check you out.
