write a special note telling him u like him a lot and ask him out if you want to. but still....the best way to ask a boy out is in person! you have to get use to the guy. then maybe you wont be nervous around him.

I am in the exact same situation. I just try to remember, that I like him, and I don't want to look stupid in front of him. That usually helps me out.
