002.079 Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say:"This is from God," to traffic with it for a miserable price!- Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby.

No man ever believes that the Bible means what it says; he is always convinced that it says what he means.

The bible is a book made up of 40 writters. Some were well educated while others were humble farmers or shepherds. Not all of them knew one another. In fact, most of them lived at different times in history and in different places. What do you think would be the chances that their writings would all harmonize, even in the smallest details?

The strongest proof that the Bible is from God is the fulfillment of its many prophecies. What man is there that can foretell the future with unfailing, pinpoint accuracy, hundreds, even thousands, of years in advance? Men have difficulty in predicting the weather more than a few hours in advance! For proof of at least one prophecy, read Isaiah 13:19, 20 or read the entire book of Isaiah’s prophecy regarding the destruction of ancient Babylon. Notice that Isaiah did not foretell just the destruction of Babylon. He also said: “She [Babylon] will never be inhabited.” Babylon is desolate to this day and will never be inhabited. Some have tried but failed.

James 4:7 says oppose the Devil and he will flee from you. Ephesians 6:11 says "Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes." John 8:44 says "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies".

In light of these scriptures, and they are more, how could the satan the devil inspire the bible?

The Bible says that it was Authored by God. Written by men under the unction of thr Holy Ghost. The writers or the Bible came from all walks of life. Shepherds,Kings, fishermen, Prophets, etc. It was written in a span of 1600 years. And it makes sense!! If you were to get 40 people. Have them write about any given subject. Give them the latest technology, and give them as much time as they need. What would you end up with? A hodge podge of mixed concepts. Contradictions at every corner. Nothing like the Masterpiece of the Bible. The finding of the Dead Sea Scrolls Confirms that the Bible says the same thing now as it was first written. There are over 5,000 ancient documents that confirm that the King James is the unadulterated Word of God!

Because the bible specifically says that "All scripture is inspired of God..." 1 Timothy 3:16. There is no way that man, or Satan could write a book over a 1600 year period and have it so well-organized and interconnected, with the main theme prominent over the entire book. Not to mention the prophesies that were printed and later fulfilled.

If "satan" were to right the Bible, I think he'd start with the assumption that man is basically good, not evil.

However, simple observation shows that man is, as the Bible claims, basically evil.

Next, I wouldn't see the point of the whole "Jesus" incident. Satan would espouse a theology of freedom and worldly happiness, not one of suffering for the sake of our souls.

But mostly, I would see Satan writing his own Bible as one that portrays him as the victim, not the oppressor.

Well thats' the problem isn't it? You don't know what influenced them, whether it was a brain injury, a personal or political axe to grind or a hallucinogenic drug.

You'll note that I have ruled out "god" or "satan" as possible influences.
