I'd suspend it in a bed of cotton, foam in a sturdy card board box.

I would wrap it in cotton than bubble wrap and put it in a styrofoam cut out then slip it into a perfectly snug box. Next you will put the name and address of the recipient of the package on the box. Get in your car and take it to your local post office. Park and turn off the engine of your car. Open the car door and proceed into the post office. Grab a number and wait. Wait some more. When they call your number go to the counter where your number appears above it on the red LED sign. Tell them where your box is going to and pay them a few dollars. Thats it, its that simple. Good Luck on accomplishing the task at hand.

LoL! well a few years ago, they had those pringle containers that perfectly fit and protected a small stack of pringles. if you have or find one of those, you can put one chip in there and mail it. or any other small protecting container will work fine....unless you don't mind your chip getting crushed in an envelope

I would pack it in a small cardboard box, surrounded by styrofoam packing peanuts.

put it in a small box or maybe an empty cough drop tin.
You don't want it to bounce around.
This is a weird question.

I'd bubblewrap it, then put it in a hard box.
