Ford dealer will have new units and units generally less than 3-years old with less than 36,000 miles.
CarMax has used units less than 3-years old with low miles.
Used car lots pretty much carry everything else. That ranges from low mileage units to old beaters.

Depending on what year you're looking for, check your local Ford dealer or any other used car lot. Another good place is autotrader.com. There you can search for just about anything.

i just bought one at my local ford dealer. 2004 f-150 5.4 triton v8 super cab 4x4. i have it in my profile but yahoo is a screwed up. dont pay any mor than 19K for it or your a sucker. but i tell ya. this thing is a monster. balls to the wall. have fun!
