Actually, spirituality is define by the nature of God since everything came out of Him. God is loving, kind, humble, joyful, peaceful without the evidence of being hypocritical. There are people who say they are spiritual, but when nobody's around they are into all kinds of wickedness. I said that to show there is a difference in what man calls spiritual and actually spirituality. For some churches it is not that we are concerned with money, but rather we are concerned about doing the work of the ministry to reach souls. It costs money the preach the gospel. Take some time and examine how churches are blessing the homeless, orphanages, poor families, and over seas in third world countries. People over seas are recieving shcooling, medical facilities, clothes, and food because of the concern of people. This is why you hear about money alot in church.

Spirituality, in a narrow sense, concerns itself with matters of the spirit. The spiritual, involving (as it may) perceived eternal verities regarding humankind's ultimate nature, often contrasts with the temporal, with the material, or with the worldly. A sense of connection forms a central defining characteristic of spirituality — connection to something greater than oneself, which includes an emotional experience of religious awe and reverence. Equally importantly, spirituality relates to matters of sanity and of psychological health. Like some forms of religion, spirituality often focuses on personal experience (see mysticism).

Spirituality may involve perceiving life as higher, more complex or more integrated with one's world view; as contrasted with the merely sensual.

I have often been asked if I am spiritual or observed people saying "I am not religious but I am spiritual". And yes, it does seem strange to me.

You have a spirit. Be born again, by God's Spirit. You will then come alive in your spirit. You will be a new creation, no longer in condemnation.
