Seriously? 12 speakers? 6 speakers per channel?

Before you hook up, check the ohms that the amp will handle. Usually, it's 4 to 8 ohms.

If you're working with 6 pairs of 6-ohm speakers, wire 4 of them in series (total ohms from this series would be 24 ohms), and the other two in series (12 ohms).
Then plug both sets in parallel into the amp. The total resistance would be 8 ohms -- 1/(1/24 + 1/12) = 1/(3/24) = 8 ohms.
