um yes, i told my friend over the computer to get me some water and hes in aussie and im in the US. and i asked him if it was possible to even mail water and neither of us knew so i asked.

Yes. You use one of those 'children's lunch' water flasks (the type with a cup on the top) then "Fed Ex" the parcel to where ever it has to go. Check postal regulations before You do anything. Cheers!

Yes, freeze it then go to Baskin & Robbins and get dry ice for shipping, box and ship quickly.

Mailing liquids is against USPS regulations, but you could use a courier.

you might be able to mail a bottle of water
