I feel like a h o e .
I just came to this new school and all the guys are always asking for my number or if i want to party with them.. since im the kind of person that cant say no i would feel bad if i rejected them.

"im the kind of person that cant say no"... honestly, honey that's a load of bull hooey. You CAN say no. You have the power and the right to say no. It's not your duty to sleep with every man who wants you, and it doesn't make you a bad person or a mean person for saying "no thank you."
Don't worry, their little egos will get over it. Boys will face plenty of rejection for their sexual advances over the years, and it isn't the end of the world. It won't crush them. And your saying "yes" to them doesn't make them feel better, because you say yes to everyone; he won't feel special or important or like a big man at all if the only woman he can get is the woman that *every* man can get. Also, you are putting these boys and yourself at risk for STDs, AIDS, and pregnancy by having multiple partners (and I'm guessing you're not too careful with the protection).
It's time to close your legs and start thinking about yourself, honey! Get some self-respect. Don't sleep with ANY guy for at least a year - it will help save your reputation, your self-esteem, and possibly even your life.

Be discriminating. Not everyone that asks you out is worthy of being with you. You had better learn to say no or you're going to find yourself in a lot of hot water.
Have fun, but be choosy. There are tons of guys out there, but only a very few that are a good fit.
