The Bible says Noah and his family ,but dont forget that during the 40 years of building the Ark plus his preaching may have contributed to many accepting his strong belief in proper worship.However many of them were dead by time of flood and waiting for a Resurrection under a promised Kingdom Rule similar to many others like for example King David later on.

Clearly, Noah was a preacher of righteousness. Yes, only 8 were saved on the ark so why would Noah have preached to the people, was he just wasting his time? I think there were many who accepted Noah's message and I believe those who accepted his message went the same place as Enoch and his followers before the flood came to destroy the residue of the wicked.

Noah never preached.
That is what separated him from his descendant Abraham.
While Abraham reached out to other people and even to the people of Sodom and Gomorrah Noah did nothing of the sort.
When he heard G-d's command that the world would be wiped out he never argued against it and simply built the ark.
That is why according to Gen 6:9 Noah was called a good and just man.
While Abraham was called righteous man.
