We have been told that this generation is the generation who will witness it first, so it will obviously happen soon!
Add in: It is true what you say Lonewolf07, but a bit different. The Jewish people have to keep two full Sabbaths, but not in a row and one has already been completed. There is just one more Sabbath left. All we need now is everybody to participate in making it happen!

Smiles, you're incorrect. Jews pray for the restoration of the Temple 3 times a day. As for when the Temple will be built is a difficult question. Some Jews believe that we have to wait for the proper time when God reveals himself to the world. Other Jews are willing to build it now, but since the Arabs built the Dome of the Rock which was believed to be the site of The Holy of Holies of the Temple, we can't currently build it without destroying that building and that might just cause WWIII. But, I just read something tonight that says based on archaeological evidence and on Rabbinic texts on the structure of the Second Temple, the Second Temple may have not been on the current site of the Dome of the Rock. (I Included the site in the sources section) If that is true then we can possibly build the Temple now, but I doubt that will happen since as I said before many Jews will object to building it now because they believe that the conditions for Redemption haven't been met yet. So I don't know when it will be built, but it will be built.

What i've heard is that when every jew in Israel saves the sabbath for two weeks in a row(thats the entire nation simultaneously) that the Mesiah will return. And when he returns he will build the temple.

You said you are Christian? Don't you know as Christian the house of God in the "New Jerusalem" is already rebuilt 2007 years ago. Think about that point if you are real Christian.

Back then judaism was different, it was all based on the temple, and they had sacrifices there and priests and stuff. Now judaism has changed and the traditions are different, so a temple isn't needed anymore. It would be cool to have one though lol.

Some beleive it is being or has been rebuilt now. It is kept quit becuase of idiot radicals would try to destroy it.
