A litteral translation would be 隠されている愛 (Kakusareteiru Ai)

"Kakusareteiru" means something like "that which is hidden."

"Ai" is love.

You could also say "Kakure-Ai" although it's not something you would hear very often....

I would translate it as "秘めたる想い", "himetaru omoi" in romaji.
