"Bienvenido de vuelta" is the correct way to say "Welcome back". If you want to say "Welcome back home", bienvenido de vuelta a casa.

When somebody says "Thank you" in Spanish, they say "Gracias." The appropriate response to this would be "De nada," which technically translates to "of nothing." However, it is the spanish equivalent of "You're welcome!"
