You need a movie making software such as Windows Movie Maker (usually on PC's) or you can buy a better one such as Adobe Premiere (or Adobe Premiere Elements, cheaper, but still lots of feature). And there are many others available.

Most will make it fairly easy to paste sections together. Transitions between sections can be bumpy, but the software will give you some tools to smooth them out.

If you have windows you can use Windows Movie Maker (free with windows).

In short you can import multiple movie files into a project and add them at the bottom of the screen on the movie reel in the order you want adding in any effects and transitions you want.

Its pretty easy to pick up the basics.
