can anyone tell me whats the best laboratory method for obtaining extracts of seeds suitable for determining the antioxidant activity and antioxidant activities of these extracts......would also like info on how to determine antioxidant activities/properties as well........THANX

I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO PROPER RESEARCH SO IF SOMEONE COULD JUST POINT INTO THE RIGHT DIRECTION SO I KNOW WHERE TO FIND THESE METHODS

Instead of answering your question I'm going to do as you suggested and point you in the right direction so you can get the answer yourself. First, shorten your request as much as possible. In your question here put (antioxidant seed extracts) into Google Search. I did this and found a lot of articles which will probably give you a start in answering your question. More importantly each article you read will point out other articles about your subject. These articles will likewise point you to more articles etc. This is the way to do a proper literature search, not only to answer your question here but any other question you may have in the future. A proper literature search is the first thing you should for any research project.
