Hes 16yrs old and he says when he sits for awhile or leans forward the skin on his back stings or burns really bad. And it makes him twitch. Theres nothing on his back like a rash or anything. Iam stomped.

Maybe his skin is dry. Winter weather and dry air can make our skin get dry. When it is stretched, such as leaning forward at the computer, it can burn and it a bit. Try lotion for a few days to see if it helps. Based on what you are describing, it sounds like dry skin, even if you can't see that it's dry it may need moisture.

I have the same problem...It is something I have always had.

I have minor scoliosis, and whenever I sit on the floor or hunch over for a long period of time, the muscle around the area of my curve, starts to burn, and sometime contract with discomfort. (its actually doing it right now.)

I think the only thing that can be done, is not to stay in any sitting position for a long period of time. Stretching is probably a good idea on a regular basis.

have him drink lots of water he may be dehydrated also like the last poster said try lotion use an extra dry skin formula also have him soak in a hot bath so his skin can absorb moisture the hot water will open his pores and make absorpsion easyer
