Well, if by beeping, you mean a random kind of ringing/buzzing/wooshing noise, I think you might have a bit of tinnitus. Usually related to the inner/middle ear, can also just be caused by stress. If not, maybe go see a psychiatrist or something.

Go to the ER immediately and tell them HONESTLY what is going on. Do not feel shy or ashamed. Tell the truth and someone will help you solve this serious problem. Wouldn't you like it to stop??

on a logical theoretic plane, do you have braces? or metal dental fixtures? If you do and your near a fairly powerful transmitter (i.e. rodio tower) your fixtures are an antenna possibly vibrating very close to your ears.
