Okay, I really want some chocolate milk, but I can't drive yet and I'm all out, so I need a way to make it from semi scratch. I don't have chocolate syrup, but i do have co-co powder. Try using stuff all house-holds would have, but chance that I don't have the ingredient if you must.

If I don't get any answers I'll go try and make some myself, wonder how that will turn out...

The thing to do is make chocolate syrup. This can be done with 1 cup of cocoa powder, 2 cups of sugar, 1-1/2 cups hot water and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for two minutes. This has to be refrigerated or frozen, because it will mold. It's good on ice cream, and you can leave out a little sugar and add a little cocoa powder if you like dark chocolate.
