a guy you never really noticed before came up to you and started teasing you and sort of insulting you not very nice and gets you reall mad, but then later on he gets sweet and talks to you for no good reason like random stuff you know? Then you like him but sometimes he insults you rarely and seems to be a sweet caring guy around you but sort of a bully around others. What would it mean in your opinion?

He is probably nervous around you. Which means he likes you. He is just trying to see how you react to the way he's acting. If you like him let him know you don't like the bully stuff but do like the sweet things he does

Dump him honey- Hes a bully Hes only leading you on he will
pretend he cares but believe me he has one eye out looking
for some other chick he can manipulate. He is a loser so
