wouldnt the thought of being immortal take value away from life? why would anyone want to live forever? arent the things we value and cherish the things that could leave or break at anytime? we value our loved ones cause they could pass on at any moment, value our lives cause we could pass on as well. what would there be to value in heaven? infinite time with the being who made us? after 10 trillion years, it'd get old.

The thing is, once you stand before the Lord all you will want is to be with Him forever--those that do not believe now. That will just happen--as the Bible says that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord on that day....but it will be too late for those who rejected Him while on earth.

I get excited when I think about my eternal home in Heaven! To know there is no pain or sadness, nothing bad....Just all Joy and peace and love--which is impossible to have in this life- I cannot imagine a life like that....And to be with my Savior, wow, what a privelege that is!
