I am in a relationship with my boyfriend but theres this guy that lives in the apartment downstairs, every time he sees me he feels me, tries to pull down my top or run his hand up my skirt/down my jeans. How the hell can I stop this b@stard, Ive slapped him loads but he keeps on doing it, Ive told my boyfriend and hes punched him but he still touches me. How can I stop him?

its actually sexual assault... and this applies to anybody who touches you inappropriately without your permission...
firstly, like all the previous answers you need to make a complaint with the police... bear in mind, if you've slapped him, or your boyfriend has punched him, he may make a counter claim of assault against you or him..
secondly, get yourself either a rape alarm etc... if possible, and i'm not sure it is in the uk, get yourself some CS gas or pepper spray (if you can't get hold of these, keep a can of impulse deodorant in your handbag, its just as effective).. if he touches you inappropriately for any reason, you're more than at liberty to assume the worst and thus spray it into his eyes in self defense... i have a sneaky feeling he will not be happy with this course of events... should you do this, you must report it to the police immediately... explain that you normally keep deodorant in your handbag, he assaulted you, you felt threatened, and reacted with the first thing you could find without thinking...
none of them will cause permanent damage to his eyes, but they will hurt a hell of a lot and make him reconsider his actions...
thirdly, if he's doing this to you, to be honest you've no idea what he does to anybody else... from your question it sounds like he has issues, thus if you aren't going to do anything about the situation, who is? one day he might just go to far...

From what your saying is happening to you, this is called SEXUAL ASSAULT. I dont understand why you dont know what to do about this, Infact I cant beleive that you are even asking this question. I mean it seems like you and your boyfriend have done more than give this guy a chance to stop and obviously he hasnt so why havent you called the police and report the incident when it happens? Unless your not saying the whole story and your leaving something out. Only you know why you havent called the police on that @sshole. Good luck

Ummm. obviously he is assaulting you and you need to contact the authorities, there are a couple of things you could do. I would call the police and immediately get a PFA (protection from abuse) order or a retraining order, both can be aquired through filing through the court system. Your police report(s) can serve as evidence. Also there are stalker laws in nearly every state, you need to do some homework! No one should have to put up with this kind of behavior and the only way to protect yourself is to be proactive and get the law involved.

Call the police and get a restraining order against him. Do it quick, he sounds like the type that is brave enough to do even more. I wouldnt be around him alone. Avoid him at all costs, he may try to pull u intohis apartment.
Gees, i would definately call the cops, let them warn him. If he continues, take him to court and sue him for enough money to buy a house and get out of those apts.

This is a serious answer. Take a CHL class and carry a concealed handgun. Next time he does that, don't hesitate. Blow his brains all over the sidewalk. If you can't do that soon enough, then move. If he follows you, have him restrained by a judge. Any man that will do what he's doing when he knows you don't want it, will also assault you. Don't risk it.

You really need to call the police, if this guy have not stopped even with you and your partner attacking him then the guy really needs to be stopped, he is a menace to society and who knows where he will stop. He is dangerous and you must report him!

i to think its time to get the police involved....get a restraining order...tell ur landlord whats going on and then if that doesnt stop him u might have to move! good luck and i hope this stops...nobody deserves to be treated like this!

-Find out some dirt on the guy and blackmail him baby.
