Hes sent me 8 red roses at work, but one on one day two on the next and so on until the day of my b-day when i got a 8 red roses then he put a ring on our puppy and brought him to work ( since we work together ) with a note on it to go out side and that we he had his friend/our co-workers sing happy birthday to me...
Mind you this we work at a dearlship....
After all that I reviced 21 long stem roses for my age.....
My face hurt so bad from smiling and I couldn't believe he planed all of this with out my help...
It happened on Jan,8 of this year....
It still makes me smile when I think about it....

It's not much but I though it was lovely.
We were walking on the beach at night and I really had to pee.
I found some public toilets, I was just about to go in when he held me back and told me to wait outside.
I told him it's females and he's not aloud in there, he went in anyway to make sure no druggies or weirdos were in there so I was nice and safe.
Not romantic like a bed of roses & massage oil, but he was thinking of my safety. I thought it was beautiful, he's caring side really shone through that night.

when we had been to a mall he was walking a few steps ahead of me and then all of a sudden a group of guys came all round me n i was really scared...i dint call out to him but almost like a telepathic message he turned around and came right upto me n put his protective arm around me and took me with him...i think that was the most romantic gesture.In front of everyone he reassured his love for me , i was speechless . All i could do was look at him with teary eyes..

Well, here's what I thought of when I read your question... when me and my b/f were still in high school and we didn't have our licenses yet, he wanted to come to my house one day and couldn't find a ride. So he got his little brother's bike (haha) and rode over 30 miles to my house to see me for like, an hour. I thought it was the nicest thing ever...

We live in separate homes. He has a key to my house and decided to go grocery shopping on his day off and he surprised me with a home cooked meal at my apartment after I received a promotion at work

when i was in the hospital after i had our first child he came home and cleaned the house so good, i mean he scrubbed the floors and walls, even the windows, he did all the laundry including every towel and rug, he shampoo'd our dog, everything was dusted, fridge was spotless, cabinets organized, everything you could imagine

my boyfriend is mexican, and about 2 months ago, he wrote me a letter in spanish and he asked me to marry him and he said that i was all he wanted in this life. It made me cry and smile. i still cry about it sometimes whenever i think about it =]
