When I start windows, it opens Notepad with this text in it ShellClassInfo etc?

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

I guess this should be somehow input to command.com, is it important?

Notepad shouldn't open when Windows starts unless it's in the Startup folder for some reason. If it's there, try removing it.

Click> START> All Programs> Startup

If Notepad is listed there, right-click it & choose delete.
