Yes, it's Serbian. It sounds like some kind of a turbo folk song lyrics. I agree with Jason Polska. I'm from Serbia, so everything he told you was right.

Yeah, it's Serbian, and we have h! It's really stupid, sth like - I wish I was a warrior who wins the battle for her love; and I knew that I was losing, that you didn't want me. you didn't want to be loved(kissed) by a loser.
It really sounds like turbo folk lyrics - the worst type of music ever
