A good sized bottle brush is perfect...you might have to look a little bit to find one that's long enough and whose bristles aren't too stiff, but they're out there.

Add rice (uncooked) to the glass with a little water and Dawn soap, shake until clean, rinse and dry upside down.

Get a bottle brush with a long wire handle, then attach it to a straightened coat hanger. Bend the end of the brush into a question-mark. insert and twirl around. Done.

If you don't ever let it get empty.... just kidding ...

Dilute white wine vinegar in warm water with dish soap and let it sit overnight. The acidity in the vinegar will take away any "scum" in the glass and leave it sparkling!
